Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt. Orders could take longer to process over the weekend or holidays.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • Shipping rates for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.

Shipping Methods:

  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected:

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at westwoodhomeandgift@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges:

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer store credit in accordance with the following guidelines:

Returns:

  • We accept returns for store credit only within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. 
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at WestWoodHomeandGift@gmail.com to receive instructions for returning your items.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. However, once your return is processed, you will receive store credit, which can be used to purchase a different item(s) from WestWood.
  • The store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items, minus any original shipping costs (if applicable).

Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card for the amount of your return. The credit will be available for use immediately after your return is processed.
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website and does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Please check product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue and offer store credit for the full purchase amount or assist in processing a return.

How to Request a Return or Store Credit:

  • Please email us at WestWoodHomeandGift@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • You will receive a response with return instructions, including the address for returning your items.
